You place your order directly through our webshop. The ordering process is clear and transparent: choose your product, select the desired size or version, optionally enter a discount code, and pay using the method of your choice.

Delivery times

At Tuur®, not all of our products have the same delivery times. Some products can be delivered as early as the next day, while others have a delivery time of 7 to 9 working days.

If you place your order before 8 AM, your pillows and/or bedding will be delivered the next day. Please keep in mind peak periods, such as Black Friday, during which the delivery time may be extended. You can always find the current delivery dates next to the size of the desired product.

The Tuur® Bed Frame is stored in our production facility. This allows us to guarantee a fast delivery time. For the delivery of the bed frame, we allow 2 working days. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the type of mattress you have chosen.

The Tuur® Boxspring is produced to order in our Belgian workshop. As a result, we apply a longer delivery time. Please note that the delivery of the boxspring can only take place after 6 to 8 weeks. Did you purchase another Tuur® product and would like to receive it sooner?

Depending on the size of your chosen mattress and/or topper, we can often deliver and install it within 2 working days. The current delivery time per size can be found on the product page of the mattress or topper you wish to purchase.

Please note that when you order a mattress, you must choose a delivery date yourself. This can be done after you have received an email from PostNL.

Delivery methods

Small packages, such as pillows, bedding & toppers, are delivered to your door by PostNL parcels. 

Large items, such as mattresses & boxsprings, are delivered and installed in the desired room for you. Our logistics partner will take the packaging material with them, so everything is left neat and tidy. Please note that you must keep the harder plastic around the mattress for possible returns. 

The Tuur® bed frame must be assembled by yourself. It is best to do this with a partner and allow about an hour.

Fast and free!

The delivery of our products and their return are completely free in the Benelux and Germany. You don’t have to worry about hidden costs. Please note that free delivery only applies if you use our logistics partners. 

If you choose to work with your own logistics partner, the transport costs will be at your expense.

Would you like to have a Tuur® product delivered outside the Benelux or Germany? That’s possible! Contact us and we will calculate the cost. Please note that the 120-night trial and free returns do not apply.

  • Pillows & accessories: delivery within 1 to 2 working days

Extra: for a supplement of €29.95 we will take your old mattress for recycling!

120 nights trial

Test at home, risk-free

You don’t choose a mattress in just a few minutes in a store. You need to be able to sleep on it, in your own bedroom, at your own pace. That’s why Tuur gives you 120 nights to try out your purchase.

This way, you can be sure you’ve made the right choice, without haste or stress. During this trial period, you enjoy full support. Take some time to get used to your new mattress, feel what it does to your body, and contact us if you have any doubts. 

Is it still not exactly what you’re looking for? Then we will arrange the return and you will receive the full purchase amount back within 14 working days.

For Tuur® products delivered outside the Benelux or Germany,

At Tuur, we believe you can only truly make the right choice if you can experience a product in your own environment. That’s why we make the return process just as easy as the ordering process. 

Whether you’re returning a mattress, topper, or pillow: we ensure a quick, transparent
and free process.

Tuur® products delivered outside the Benelux or Germany
cannot be returned free of charge

Step by step

Contact us via email. Include your order number and indicate that you want to return your item. We aim to respond to all (return) requests within 1 working day. Please note that this may take a little longer during peak periods.

For large products (such as mattresses, boxsprings, bed frame and Original Topper) we arrange a free pick-up appointment at your home. Smaller products (such as pillows, textiles and Mono Topper) can be returned free of charge via a return label and drop-off point.

The pick-up appointment must be scheduled by you via an email you will receive from PostNL.

We ask that the products be returned in the original packaging. If that is not possible, we can provide suitable packaging for a supplement of €10.

The products for which a pick-up appointment is scheduled will be collected at your front door. They must be packaged to ensure the products are protected during transport. 

Return shipments via drop-off point are easy to track.

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full amount within a few working days via the original payment method. Please note that this may take up to 14 days.

Return conditions in brief

  • Returns are possible within the 120-night trial period (within the Benelux and Germany)
  • Returns are completely free within the Benelux and Germany: there are no shipping or processing costs 
  • You do not need to provide a reason, but feedback is always welcome 
  • If possible, reuse the original packaging: it’s better for the environment
  • Prefer to use a logistics partner of your choice? That’s possible, but you will
    bear the costs yourself.
  • You will receive your purchase amount back within 14 days via your original payment method

Warranty & peace of mind

Mattresses, toppers, boxspring and bed frame

Our 10-year warranty applies in the case of: 

  • Tears, dents, or damage to the latex, pocket springs or foam, occurring despite correct handling of the mattress, topper and/or boxspring. 
  • Manufacturing defects in the zipper. 

Our 10-year warranty does not apply in the case of: 

  • Personal preferences regarding comfort. Damage caused by, but not limited to, cuts, burns, tears, liquids, stains, or misuse of the product. 
  • Replacement of undamaged components of the product. 
  • Defects in products other than our mattresses, toppers or boxsprings.

Personalised sleep comfort from our Belgian workshop

Looking for a specific size outside our standard range? No problem. Because we produce our products in-house, directly in our Belgian workshop, we can also offer custom-made solutions.

Please note:

Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. Of course, you still benefit from the same quality guarantee as with our standard products.
