120 nights of risk-free trial sleep
You do not choose a mattress in a brightly lit shop after lying on it for five minutes. You choose it after a bad night, an active day, a week with back pain. That is why Tuur® gives you 120 nights to discover at home whether your mattress truly suits you. Not satisfied? We will collect it free of charge and you will receive a full refund.
How does the Tuur® sleep trial work?
Step 1: Order your mattress, topper or boxspring or other Tuur® product online
Step 2: We deliver it to your home. The 120-day trial period starts on the day of delivery.
Step 3: Give your body at least 2 to 3 weeks to adjust. Back pain or muscle pain during the first two weeks is completely normal with a new sleep system.
Step 4: Not satisfied? Get in touch with us. We will look for a solution together or arrange a free return*.
*Free returns are available in Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany
Which products are covered by the trial period?
The 120-night guarantee applies to:
- Mattresses (all models)
- Toppers
- Boxsprings
- Bedding (duvets, pillows)
Please note: the trial period only applies to products in undamaged condition.
To be dropped off at a parcel point yourself
Contact our customer service. We will provide you with a free return label so that you can drop off your product at a parcel point free of charge. We provide a free return label for the following products:
- Pillow
- Mono Topper
- Original Topper (single size)
- Bedding
We will arrange a pickup appointment
Would you like to return an item? You can contact our customer service. We arrange a free pickup for the following products:
- Mattresses (all types)
- Original topper (double sizes)
- Box spring
- Bed frame
These products do not need to be repacked. We do ask you to pack them properly to prevent damage during transport. Would you like to receive packaging material? That is possible; we charge a supplement of €10 for this.
Possible additional logistics costs
Not at home or cancelled too late
You choose your own delivery or pickup date at Tuur®. Are you not at home or do you cancel too late? In that case, we charge €12.95.
Cancellation deadline: the day before the appointment before 16:00. Cancelling the self-selected delivery or pickup date is only possible by phone.
Ordered the wrong size?
In the event of an exchange due to ordering the wrong size, we charge the following:
- €4.95 for a pillow or bedding
- €12.95 for a topper (both Mono and Original topper), mattresses, box spring or bedframe
- Products that have been made to measure cannot be returned
Frequently asked questions about the sleep trial
Nothing. Tuur® arranges the return collection from your home free of charge. You do not pay any shipping costs, return fees or administrative charges. The full purchase amount will be refunded.
On average, about two weeks. During this period, back, shoulder or muscle pain is normal: your body is adjusting to a new sleeping position and level of support. We recommend waiting at least 14 nights before making a final judgment.
Yes. Not only mattresses, but also toppers, boxsprings and bedding are covered by Tuur®’s 120-night guarantee.
Please contact our customer service team. Together, we will look into what may be causing it and whether your sleeping position, the model or the firmness level needs to be adjusted. Only if we cannot find a suitable solution together, we will arrange the free return.
Yes. The trial period is specifically intended to let you test the mattress properly at home. You do not need to return the product unused. We do, however, ask you to use a mattress protector during the trial period.
Once we have received and inspected the product, we will process your refund. This usually takes 10 to 14 working days, depending on your payment method.
