Thank you for your interest in Tuur®! Our goal is to process your order as smoothly as possible. The employees of our customer service and our Product Experts are available every day to give you the right advice and to get your order quickly to your door or in your bedroom. 

Even after receiving your order, our staff are here for you. Are you having trouble with the washing instructions or is something not quite clear about the comfort? Is the product not exactly what you were looking for? We will work with you to find a smooth solution! 

On business days from 8:30 am to 5 pm (until 4 pm on Fridays), we aim to assist you within 1 hour via email. We usually provide assistance over the phone within a few minutes. Through live chat, we are available from Monday to Sunday, even from 7 am to midnight!

🚛 Free shipping and returns

At Tuur®, we like to make things easy for you. That's why, in the Netherlands and Belgium, you can make use of our Premium Delivery Service for free when you purchase a mattress and/or a boxspring. 

Our installers will deliver your mattress to the desired room and install it for you. This way, you don't have to do any heavy lifting, and you'll also be rid of the packaging material right away. Want to get rid of your old mattress as well? We can recycle it for you for just €29.95. *Not available in Germany

Top mattresses, pillows, and accessories are also always delivered free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium. We do not have a minimum order amount. 

Returning a product? We will pick up mattresses and box springs from you for free. Toppers, pillows, and accessories can easily and for free be returned to a package point close to you in the

No more waiting weeks for a new mattress! Because we produce all our products ourselves, we can offer you fast service. All accessories and pillows will be delivered within a few working days if you place your order on workdays before 8 AM. 

This is also the case for the most sold sizes of mattresses and toppers.  On the product page, you will always find the latest delivery date. 

Would you prefer to receive your order on a day that suits you best? That's possible! Choose the option 'Delivery on chosen day' during ordering and we will contact you to schedule a delivery day. For mattresses and box springs, you will always receive an email from our delivery person to choose your delivery day yourself.

Our goal is to offer our customers a good and healthy night's sleep for many years. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Is the product not quite what you expected? Then we will ensure that you can easily return the product to us, and we will refund you the full purchase amount. 

All our products have a return period of no less than 120 days!  Even after the trial period, we are here for you. On your mattress, topper and/or box spring, you get a 10-year warranty. On all other products, you get a 2-year warranty! This additional manufacturer's warranty is provided by us as the seller/manufacturer and is in addition to the statutory warranty.

🛒 Easy online ordering

You can easily order all our products online. Choose the desired size and configuration of the product if necessary, add it to your shopping cart, and go through the steps of the ordering process. Here, we will ask you for the necessary shipping details and you can also add a promo code or gift voucher. 

The payment can be completed online at the end of the ordering process. If you have any problems or questions during ordering, you can always contact us, we are happy to help!

iDEAL  

The most popular debit payment method in the Netherlands. Pay easily and quickly through your own bank. Bancontact  The most popular debit payment method in Belgium. Pay easily with your bank card, via the Bancontact app, or with supported banking apps. 

Maestro  

This debit payment method is an international standard for making payments worldwide. Pay easily with your bank card.  

Creditcard  

We support the most common credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. 

Paypal

This payment method is an international standard for making payments worldwide. Simply pay with your PayPal account.

In3  

Pay in 3 installments, without interest. 1/3 of your purchase amount is paid at the time of order, another part after 30 days, and the final part after 60 days. Only available to Dutch customers

Klarna

Pay via the Klarna app or website within 21 or 30 days (depending on your region) after ordering.

Bank transfer

Prefer to pay in the traditional way? Then choose a SEPA payment (European transfer). We will ship your products after receiving the full purchase amount.
