Warranty & repair
At Tuur®, we use only the best materials for our products. In this way, we are so confident in the quality that we can guarantee a durability of 10 years on mattresses, toppers, and box springs. Thanks to the natural materials, there is no sagging or loss of quality with correct use. Do not hesitate and go for 10 years of comfortable and carefree nights. This 10-year warranty is in addition to the legal warranty and does not diminish the legal warranty provisions. We also offer a 2-year warranty on other products (pillows, accessories, textiles, etc.).
Warranty on mattresses, toppers, and box springs
Our 10-year warranty is valid in the case of:
- Tears, dents, or damage to the latex, pocket springs, or foam, which occurred despite correct handling of the mattress, topper, and/or box spring.
- Production defects in the zipper.
Our 10-year warranty is not valid in the case of:
- Personal preferences regarding comfort
- Damage caused by, but not limited to, cuts, burns, tears, liquids, stains, or misuse of the product.
- Replacement of undamaged parts of the product.
- Defects in products other than our mattresses, toppers, or box springs.
This 10-year warranty is in addition to the statutory warranty and does not detract from the statutory warranty provisions.
Guarantee on all other products (pillows, textiles, accessories, ...)
Our 2-year warranty is valid in the case of:
- Valid on all products sold on tuursleep.com
- Valid on manufacturing defects.
- Not valid for damage caused by the customer's actions.
This 2-year warranty is in addition to the statutory warranty and does not detract from the statutory warranty provisions.
