Sleep like an athlete
The key to better recovery
and peak performance
Every workout is only as effective as the recovery that follows. And that recovery? It happens mostly while you sleep. For athletes who take their bodies seriously, a supportive mattress isn’t a luxury: it's a necessity.
Sleep naturally. Recover powerfully.
Perform better.

Why is sleep so important for athletes?
During the night, your body recovers from the efforts of the day. Muscle tissue is repaired, the immune system is strengthened, and your mind finds rest. Good sleep quality ensures:
- Faster muscle recovery
- Better focus during training
- More energy and less fatigue
- Reduced risk of injury
And yet, many athletes sleep on a mattress that doesn’t provide enough support or causes them to overheat. This slows down recovery, often without them even realising it.
Tuur® is here for athletes who make every choice count.
Our mattresses are designed with ergonomic zones that support your body where it needs it most.
Made from natural materials, without chemical additives, in our Belgian workshop.
For athletes who take their recovery as seriously as their training.
Tired after exercising,
but still sleeping poorly?
Many athletes know the feeling: you’ve trained hard, you feel tired after exercising, yet you still can’t get a good night’s sleep. It’s frustrating and harmful to your recovery.

Why can’t you sometimes
sleep after exercising?
Exercising temporarily increases your heart rate, body temperature, and adrenaline levels. If you engage in intense exercise right before bedtime, your body stays “switched on,” making it harder to fall asleep. This effect is amplified if your mattress retains heat or doesn’t provide adequate support.
Symptoms of poor sleep after exercising:
- Staying awake for a long time despite physical tiredness
- Night sweats
- Restless sleep or frequent tossing and turning
- Waking up tired, even after sufficient hours of sleep
The right mattress,
essential for sports recovery
If you sleep on a mattress that isn’t tailored to your body, your recovery will be slower and your risk of injury increases. For athletes who take their sleep as seriously as their training, a good mattress makes all the difference.

What should you pay attention to when buying a mattress?
Choose a mattress with multiple comfort zones, such as 7 zones that provide targeted support for shoulders, back, and hips.
Prevent tense muscles and numb limbs.
Overheating at night disrupts your recovery. Open-cell latex and breathable covers provide cooling comfort.
Hypoallergenic, skin-friendly, and free from harmful substances (such as OEKO-TEX certified products).
