How do I return my Tuur® Bedframe?

After you have sent an email with a return request, we will schedule a collection. Please repack the bed frame and have it ready at your front door for collection by our courier services. 

Please note that if you live in an apartment building, the collection will take place at the first door, often the communal entrance, and not at your front door or on your floor.
