How long can my mattress or topper stay in the box?

It won't cause any immediate harm to leave the mattress or topper in the box for a few days, but we recommend unpacking it as soon as possible. 

A mattress or topper can remain rolled up for a maximum of 2 weeks without any loss of quality. If the mattress or topper stays in the box for longer than 2 weeks, this may result in quality loss and any warranty claim will no longer be valid.
