I ordered the wrong size. What now?

No problem! Contact us as soon as possible for a modification. Depending on the adjusted size, we will either refund the difference or send you an invoice to cover the difference. 

If the order has already been shipped, we are unfortunately required to charge additional costs: 

• For small items (pillows, bedding): €4.95
• For a topper (both Mono and Original topper) or mattresses: €12.95
  
• Not at home or cancelled too late? In that case, we will charge €12.95.
