What is the difference between a 160×200 and a 180×200 mattress?

A 180×200 cm mattress gives each sleeper 90 centimetres of width instead of 80 centimetres, that's 12.5% more personal space. A 160×200 mattress fits in most standard bedrooms and is the most common double size. A 180×200 mattress is ideal if you want more freedom of movement or have a larger build.
