What we offer
Tuur® is a Belgian brand of Revor Group NV in Kuurne. We make sleep products: mattresses, toppers, boxsprings, slatted bed bases, fitted sheets and duvets.
You can find them at tuursleep.com. The webshop serves customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany, in Dutch, English and German.
In the webshop you can view and compare products, choose a size, order and pay. You can also find answers to frequently asked questions and get in touch with us.
How ordering works
- Choose a product and the size you need.
- Add the product to your cart and check your order.
- Enter your details and your delivery address.
- Choose how you want to pay and confirm your order.
- You receive a confirmation by email. After that, we deliver your order.
How the webshop meets the accessibility requirements
Since 28 June 2025, the European Accessibility Act applies to webshops. It has been transposed into Belgian law. The directive refers to the European standard EN 301 549. Among other things, that standard includes the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA. Our goal is for tuursleep.com to meet those guidelines.
Current status
tuursleep.com partially meets the accessibility requirements. On 2 November 2026 we checked the webshop with an automated self-scan. We have not yet carried out a full check with manual tests, for example with a screen reader.
What already works well
According to the self-scan, the webshop scores well on usability: the structure, the colour contrast and the scalability of the pages. Images that the scan found without a description now have alternative text in Dutch.
What does not work well yet
- Not all headings follow each other in a logical order. On the home page we skip a heading level.
- Not all page sections are placed in recognisable areas with their own name. This makes it harder to navigate with a screen reader.
- Alternative texts for images may still be missing in English and German.
We are working on resolving these points.
How we keep the webshop accessible
- We check accessibility again after major changes to the webshop.
- We create new pages and images with logical headings and alternative text.
- We resolve the points listed above under "What does not work well yet".
- We take feedback from visitors into account in our improvements.
