The mattress consists of a pocket spring core. On both the top and bottom sides of the mattress, there is a 4 cm layer of natural latex. This way, you can enjoy classic sleeping comfort in a natural way.
The Tuur® Spring mattress is suitable for everyone, whether you sleep on your stomach, back, or side. The Tuur® Spring mattress offers a medium level of comfort.
No, the Spring Mattress has one firmness level. This is a medium firmness, suitable for 95% of all sleepers.
Delivery and services
At Tuur®, you come first. Your mattress will be delivered to the room of your choice and installed for you. This means you won’t have to carry a heavy package yourself. In addition, the packaging materials will be taken away by our partner. Would you like to have your old mattress removed as well? No problem! You can easily add this service to your shopping cart.
If you order other Tuur® products as well, please note that they may not always be delivered at the same time. Contact us for more information.
At Tuur®, you can try our mattresses in different ways: both in-store and at home.
We work with selected retailers in the Netherlands and Belgium where you can test our products.
If you would like to try a specific product, we recommend contacting the store in advance to make sure the desired model is available.
At Tuur®, we offer a 120-night trial period. This allows you to test the mattress in the comfort of your own bedroom, completely risk-free. Not entirely satisfied? You can easily return the mattress free of charge.
The return process works as follows:
- Send us an email with your return request.
- We arrange a free pick-up at your home, even if the mattress has already been unwrapped.
- The mattress will be collected at your front door.
- You will receive your refund within a maximum of 14 days.
Yes, that's definitely possible! When we ship your mattress, you'll receive an email from our logistics partner. In it, you can choose a delivery date yourself (up to 5 working days ahead). Please note that you can choose a date, not a time slot. *Only available in the Benelux.
Would you like to receive your mattress later (than 5 working days)? Send us an email and we'll put your order on hold until we receive a specific date from you.
Please note: some items are in stock and can be shipped right away. Other sizes still need to be produced; for these, you'll only receive a calendar to choose your delivery date after 7 to 8 days. So be sure to keep an eye on the 'expected delivery date' at the top of the page.
If you want the mattress to be delivered outside the Benelux, please contact us. We can provide you with an estimated delivery date.

The mattress cover is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Class I and has been tested for harmful substances, making it suitable for direct skin contact, including for babies.
euroLATEX ECO Standard
The latex layers comply with the euroLATEX ECO Standard, confirming that the foam has been tested for composition and emissions in accordance with European requirements for latex foam cores.
LGA Quality Certificate (TÜV Rheinland)
The natural latex layers have undergone mechanical durability testing according to DIN EN 1957 for height loss, firmness change and resilience reduction, achieving 98 out of 100 points for long-term structural stability.
eco-INSTITUT Label
The natural latex layers have been laboratory tested for harmful emissions, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and critical substances, meeting the strict criteria of the eco-INSTITUT label for indoor air quality.

A slatted base with flexible slats (max. 5-6 cm spacing) or a bed frame with ventilation openings is the ideal combination for a pocket spring mattress.
