What is the difference between a 140x200, a 140x210, and a 140x220 cm mattress?

The three formats share the same 140 cm width but differ in length: 200, 210, and 220 cm respectively. As a guide: if you are taller than 185 cm, choose a 210 cm length; if you are taller than 195 cm, choose a 220 cm length. The 140x220 is the right choice when at least one sleeper is taller than 195 cm and the 140 cm width is sufficient for the sleeping setup.
