What is the difference between a 140x200, a 150x200, and a 160x200 cm mattress?
The three sizes differ only in width: each person gets 70, 75 or 80 cm of sleeping space. A 150x200 is a good compromise when space in your bedroom is limited. If a 160 cm bed does fit, you will find matching bed frames and bedding more easily in that size.
