Veel gestelde vragen
We adviseren onze matrassen 4x per jaar te keren met hoofd-en voeteinde. Zo garandeert u een langere levensduur van uw matras.
We raden aan de topper niet op te rollen en te bewaren. De natuurlatex zal naarmate van tijd, vaak al na 2 weken, scheuren vertonen en de kwaliteit zal aanzienelijk verminderen.
De tijken van onze matrassen zijn niet machinewasbaar vanwege het gebruik van schapenwol. We raden aan het tijk minstens 1x per jaar naar de stomerij te brengen.
De tijken van onze toppers en kussens zijn wel wasbaar. Deze kan u makkelijk wassen op een programma van 30°C. Let er op dat de hoes volledig droog moet zijn voordat u deze opnieuw rond uw Tuur® Product doet. Indien de hoes nog nat of vochtig is, kan dit de latexkern gaan beschadigen.

- Air out your mattress regularly
Remove the bedding every morning for about 30 minutes to allow moisture to evaporate.
- Rotate your mattress seasonally
Do you have a double-sided mattress? Then turn it four times a year (head ↔ foot).
- Use a mattress protector
This extends the mattress lifespan and protects against perspiration and dust mites.
- Never let your mattress get wet
Avoid damp rooms and place the mattress on a well-ventilated bed base.
