The Tuur® Boxspring is made from carefully selected materials that are not only durable, but also help reduce your ecological footprint:
Certified wood: Both the internal frame and headboard are made from 100% FSC-certified pine wood and recycled chipboard. The legs are crafted from FSC-certified solid beech wood.
Recycled upholstery: The fabric consists of 85% recycled polyester and 15% cotton – strong, durable, and circular by design.
Natural mattress surface: The sleeping surface is finished with 100% organic cotton – gentle on the skin and free from pesticides.
Comfort without chemicals: The protective layer is made from recycled fabric, combined with a 2 cm high-resilience foam layer. No harmful glues or chemicals are used.

A boxspring consists of a sprung base with a mattress on top (optionally with a topper), offering extra comfort, support, and ventilation. Unlike a slatted base, a boxspring provides a higher entry height and a more luxurious appearance.
Delivery & services
At Tuur®, you come first. Your boxspring will be delivered to the room of your choice and professionally installed. No need to lift heavy packages yourself: your boxspring will be ready to sleep on within just 15 minutes!
Not every Tuur® retailer has our boxspring on display in-store. We recommend calling ahead to check whether testing the boxspring is possible.
At Tuur®, we offer a generous 120-night trial period. This allows you to test the boxspring in the comfort of your own bedroom, completely risk-free. Not fully satisfied? You can return the mattress easily and at no cost. The return process works as follows:
- Send us an email with your return request.
- We arrange free pickup at your home, even if the boxspring has already been unpacked.
- The boxspring will be collected at your front door.
- You’ll receive your refund within 14 days at the latest.
The construction of our box spring
The Tuur® Boxspring is composed of three essential elements: a stylish headboard, two sturdy bases and durable wooden legs. Each element contributes to a stable foundation and a timeless design.
The entry height of the boxspring is:
- 30 cm excluding mattress
- 51 cm including Tuur® Mattress

Frequently asked questions about our boxspring bed
The boxspring is delivered and installed for you in the room of your choice. Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a specific delivery date.
Our boxspring bed can be combined with any mattress, provided they have the same dimensions of course. For example, do you have a 160x200 cm mattress? Then choose a 160x200 boxspring.
Without a mattress, our boxspring has an entry height of 30 cm. If you combine the boxspring bed with a Tuur® Mattress, the entry height becomes 51 cm. If you combine it with your current mattress, you can measure the height of your mattress and add 30 cm.
Yes, absolutely! At Tuur®, your sleep comfort comes first. That is why we give you the opportunity to test the boxspring in your own home. 120 nights, risk-free, truly. Not completely satisfied? Then we will collect your boxspring free of charge and refund your purchase amount in full. The trial period starts on the day of delivery.
