Breathable comfort thanks to a washable cover made from organic cotton
The cover of the Tuur® latex pillow is made from 70% organic cotton & 30% natural viscose. A natural, skin-friendly material that feels soft and offers excellent breathability.
Thanks to its open fibre structure, your natural latex pillow stays fresh and dry, night after night.
For added hygiene, the cover is removable and washable at 30°C. This ensures lasting freshness without compromising comfort or durability.
A perfect blend of natural comfort, long-lasting quality and a healthy night’s sleep.
Ergonomic sleep comfort
Thanks to its high resilience, it provides perfect support for your neck, shoulders, and back. The elasticity of 100% natural latex allows the pillow to instantly return to its original shape after pressure. This ensures that both its form and quality are preserved for many years.
How long does a latex pillow last?
A high-quality latex pillow lasts significantly longer than a standard foam or synthetic pillow. Thanks to the exceptional resilience of 100% natural latex, the Tuur® pillow retains its shape and support for years, without sagging or losing its form.
By comparison, the average synthetic pillow loses its shape after just one to two years. A good-quality natural latex pillow can easily last five to ten years with proper care.
Care tips:
- Wash the removable cover regularly at 30°C for optimal hygiene
- Never tumble dry the pillow
- Airing is sufficient for the latex core itself
- Store the pillow in a dry, well-ventilated place
Conscious choices. Proven purity.

Frequently asked questions about latex pillows
A latex pillow has a core made of latex foam, derived from the sap of the rubber tree. The Tuur® Latex Pillow is made from 100% GOLS-certified natural latex with an organic cotton cover. It is known for its shape retention, resilience and hypoallergenic properties.
• Naturally resistant to house dust mites, bacteria and moulds, ideal for allergy-sensitive sleepers
• Springs back immediately after load and retains its shape for 5-10 years
• Combine with a Tuur® Fitted Sheet or Tuur® Mattress Protector for a fully sustainable sleep environment
No, the latex core of a pillow should never be washed. Water damages the cell structure of latex, causing it to lose its resilience and support. Only the cover (the removable cotton case) is washable.
• Wash the cover at 30°C for optimal hygiene and to kill house dust mites
• Gently dab the latex core with a damp cloth for stains, allow to dry completely before use
• Air the pillow regularly outdoors for a fresh feeling
A high-quality 100% natural latex pillow lasts an average of 5 to 10 years, significantly longer than synthetic or polyester pillows (2-3 years). The rubber molecules are extremely elastic and always return to their original shape, even after years of use.
• After 7 years it is hygienically recommended to replace it, even if the pillow still feels good
• Never wash the latex core; only the cover (removable cotton case) can be washed at 30°C
• Air the pillow regularly for a fresh sleeping environment; combine with the Tuur® Mattress Protector
Yes, a latex pillow is one of the best choices for neck pain. The resilient structure ensures the head does not sink and the neck remains in a neutral position at all times, regardless of sleeping position. Tuur® offers the Latex Pillow in different heights to match each sleep profile.
• Side sleeper: choose a higher variant; the pillow correctly fills the space between head and shoulder
• Back sleeper: choose a lower variant; the head should not be positioned too high relative to the spine
• Combine with a good Tuur® mattress for a complete back-friendly sleep system
A 100% natural latex pillow offers three key benefits that most other pillows do not combine: stable neck support, optimal ventilation and a lifespan of 5-10 years. The Tuur® Latex Pillow is GOLS-certified and available in different heights.
• Neck support: the pillow provides exactly the right counter-pressure; head and neck remain in a neutral line
• Ventilation: the open cell structure and perforation holes keep the pillow fresh and prevent perspiration
• Hypoallergenic: naturally free of house dust mites, combine with the Tuur® Duvet Cover
Latex is immediately resilient, breathes better and lasts longer. Memory foam is slower and more enveloping but ventilates poorly, sleeps warm and loses its shape after 3-5 years. At Tuur® we consciously choose natural latex as pillow material.
• Sleeping hot, active sleeper or allergies: the Tuur® Latex Pillow wins on all fronts
• Preference for an enveloping, 'sinking' feeling and you sleep still: memory foam may suit
• Lifespan: latex 5-10 years vs memory foam 3-5 years; a better investment per sleep year
